Coming from a family of Chablis winemakers, it's only natural that young, passionate Paulin Vocoret should be at the helm of this new wine bar. Just a stone's throw from the Place des Cordeliers, in a warm and welcoming atmosphere, you'll discover regional wines as well as a host of wines from other parts of the world. Plates of local produce are also on offer. Like the cheeses from "Fromages de Thomas", or the bread straight from the bakery of "Du pain au levain". A fine address, much needed in the heart of town.
