Restaurant offering excellent bistro cuisine and traditional regional cuisine.
As well as enjoying a drink, you'll appreciate coming to the Schaeffer for its fine bistro cuisine. Croques and salads in particular, but also traditional cuisine. On the day we visited, the menu featured Burgundy snails, fillet of hake with Armorican sauce and chestnut tiramisu. At the far end of the room, you'll find a beautiful colored glass roof, and a carved wooden façade that has been classified as a historic monument. Dating from the 15th century, it adorned the inner courtyard of the house formerly known as "Hostellerie de la Grappe".

Très beau et bon plat, par contre pas de choucroute alors que dans mes recherches ça me le conseiller, très bien accueillis, au top. Je recommande vivement.

Des œufs meurette excellents, une andouillette 5a bien cuite et une serveuse agréable avec le sourire et le sens de l’humour, ce restaurant est parfait !!!!
