Halfway between the Saint-Etienne cathedral and the Cordeliers square, you can find Le Frascati. Without doubt one of the best pizzerias in Auxerre! In a decoration of wood and bricks, you will find there a broad choice of pizzas, copious and tasty, but also generous salads, as well as pasta, bruschettas, meats and fish. All for a very reasonable price. We like the calzone with goat cheese. Or the Burgundian pizza which mixes tomato, snails, parsley and cheese. A very nice address.
