Renovated restaurant offering traditional and often regional cuisine in Appoigny.

In a green setting, near the Auxerre Nord exit of the A6, the restaurant Le Marais and its room renovated in 2021 invite you in their new colors. The opportunity for a nice discovery of local flavors. A traditional and often regional cooking, in agreement with the wine list making the beautiful part of the icaunais vintages. The day of our visit, we liked the perfect egg and its cream of sweet potatoes as a starter, followed by a parmentier of andouillette au gratin and its chaource cream, to finish with a citrus terrine. We like it.
