Un très bon restaurant, toujours ouvert et accueillant, qui cherche sans cesse à s'améliorer davantage et à satisfaire ses clients. Les serveurs sont très gentils et efficaces. Un incontournable lorsque je suis de retour en Alsace, surtout pour le coq au riesling et la tarte aux myrtilles !

J'ai connu le caveau d'avant ! Le caveau avec Mr Hasse au stammtisch devant la cheminée et une ambiance familiale heureuse...mais que s'est t'il passé avec le caveau... c'est froid.. pourquoi condamné la cheminée ? Où est passé l'énorme plâtré servi dans les assiettes qui faisaient la fierté de l'Alsace ?
Pas de musique d'ambiance...
Le caveau c'est comme la France aujourd'hui... c'était mieux avant !!!
