Hotel-restaurant with a pleasant terrace offering Alsatian inspired dishes
Chef Christophe Cavelier prepares Alsatian-inspired dishes using fresh products from mostly local producers. The frog fricassee with chanterelles is a delight and the lobster and scallop Fischschnacke is a must! And then there are the tasty matured meats, notably the 900g Salers beef rib! As for the desserts, we can't resist the homemade profiteroles. Superb wine cellar and pleasant terrace as a bonus..
