Girl power is the order of the day in this typical winstub run by two sisters: Florence, in the kitchen, and Sophie, in the dining room. Here, you can enjoy delicious regional dishes made with fresh, local produce. Florence makes it a point of honor to find quality local producers. In a subdued, red and woodsy atmosphere, you can enjoy royal sauerkraut, potatoes topped with two Alsatian cheeses, or five kinds of simmered ham. Sophie will be happy to advise you with a smile on how to accompany these dishes with excellent vintages by the glass.

Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés, belle carte, variété même au niveau des menus, tout était excellent et le tout à des prix abordables, nous reviendrons avec plaisir. Personnel sympathique.

Sans hésitation. Une choucroute royale d exception avec un jambonneau defiant toute concurrence. Et pourtant nous sommes difficiles.
Une des meilleures tables d Alsace.
Nous y venons depuis deux ans et sommes plus que convaincus.

Cette winstub est très typique avec sa décoration. Nous avons apprécié les plats tels que le jambonneau sur choucroute ou le filet de sandre. Les portions spnt généreuses. La bière de Noël est très bonne.
La jeune serveuse est souriante et agréable.
