It is a beautiful project that has just seen the light of day after 3 years of gestation, the farm taken over by Timothée Rothgerber and her family has become a major farming centre. An orchard of 1,500 fruit trees and greenhouses for vegetable production fill the store's stalls with the products of 70 local partner producers and the restaurant's plates. It couldn't be shorter! A beautiful regional butcher's shop, a bakery and a drive allow the consumer to have everything at hand in a minimum of time. And icing on the cake, a mini-farm for children and a nursery for amateur gardeners are part of the concept. All in one!
