Des vrais viticulteurs, des produits travaillés dans la volonté de faire ressortir les éléments des cépages alsaciens, et des conseils adaptés par rapport à l'adéquation avec les plats qui se marient avec les vins. Des viticultrices sympathiques de surcroît avec un bel accueil. Au plaisir de retourner les voir.
