KUNTA KINTEH BOAT TRIP

Amadou Gaye, a Gambian who speaks a little French, invites you aboard his boat for a pleasant lunch on the Gambia River. In the shade of a bimini, you'll feast on hearty African dishes as you cruise along the banks of the national park. You're sure to spot a few hippos splashing about in the water, before watching chimpanzees go about their business on the shore. It's not possible to enter the island, but the view from the boat is just as enjoyable. We also come across many birds.
