The Nanbu Bijin brewery, founded in 1902 in Ninohe, is now recognized both in Japan and internationally for the quality of its sakes. Upon reservation, visitors can take an immersive tour of the brewery: discover the different stages of production, take a photo in the brewing workshop, and leave with a personalized bottle. Visitors can even don traditional brewer's garb for a more lively experience. A great way to immerse yourself in the world of artisanal sake, in a modern and entertaining way.
