TULOUS DE TIANLUOKENG
This is one of Fujian's most emblematic tulous ensembles. Nicknamed "the four dishes and a soup", it consists of four round tulous surrounding a square tulou in the center, forming a unique arrangement when viewed from the air. Perched on a verdant hill, the site offers spectacular views of the surrounding rice paddies, especially at sunrise and sunset. Dating back to the Qing dynasty, these tulous were once home to several generations of the Huang clan, living as a community. Today, a few families still live here, welcoming tourists.
