The Limbang division is a landlocked territory between Brunei and the state of Sabah in northeastern Sarawak. It consists of two districts: Limbang and Lawas. The two main towns of the same name are home to several ethnic groups, but the two main ones are the Bisaya and Lun Bawang communities. Places of interest include the Limbang Museum, housed in an old wooden fort dating back to 1897, where you can learn about the region's culture and history, and Gunung Buda National Park. The small town of Lawas lies on the banks of the river of the same name, and the surrounding area boasts a number of beautiful waterfalls.
