A pleasant stopover in Healesville: the estate offers a well-stocked cellar (pinot noir, chardonnay, merlot, shiraz viognier and muscat rose), a tasting session and a presentation of top-quality cheeses. What better way to discover Australian gastronomy? And the concept is a nice one: in the same place you have a bar, a wine cellar for wine tasting (ideally booked in advance) and a restaurant. The latter is very good, offering pizzas, duck confit and paella... Vegan and gluten-free options available.
