MANNING GORGE AND MT BARNETT ROADHOUSE

Mt Barnett Roadhouse is one of two places along with the Imintji Store where you can get gas on the Gibb River Road. It is especially the access point to visit Manning Gorge, a magical place. You have to pay an entrance fee at the Roadhouse. We reach the gorge by a walk of approximately 1h30 from the camp-site. Some places are very steep. Aborigines paintings on the rocks. Super bathing with cascades when there is not a great drought.
