Reyhana's chef explores flavors that span the Arab world, with a delicate array of spices. The menu blends influences from the Mediterranean to Saudi Arabia. Moutabbal sprinkled with pomegranate seeds or pressed beef and reduced meat juice, the creations are subtle and the cooking perfect. Light and fresh cocktails are a good alternative to alcohol. The restaurant is like the hotel: very busy. Stucco, woodwork, coffered ceilings, colonnades, gilding and hangings are all calories for the eyes.
