C'EST BON CRAWFISH

When crawfish season starts, this Youngsville restaurant opens its doors to the ever-growing crowd that comes to enjoy this little crustacean. They come in 3 or 5 pound sizes, accompanied by two potatoes, and don't hesitate to take a few extras, such as corn, mushrooms or a sausage. Crabs and shrimp are also available and you can choose a combo of two types of seafood. Although there are other options on the menu, it's really for the crawfish that we come here.
