The brewery offers a selection of craft beers inspired by mythological creatures and various fantasy genres such as medieval fantasy, space opera, steampunk and cyberpunk. Each beer has its own unique characteristics and flavors. Chimère, for example, is a Belgian triple with a roundness and strength that match the bitterness of the hops and the spicy aromas of the yeast. Faune is an American IPA featuring aromatic American hops with floral and citrus notes. La Griffon is a blonde ale inspired by German lagers, thirst-quenching and refreshing with cereal and honey aromas. Minotaure is a Scottish-style amber ale with malty caramel notes. Finally, Wolpert is a German-style white ale with banana and clove aromas. The brewery is the brainchild of three passionate brewers, Vincent, Mathieu and Baptiste, who share their passion for craft beer. Vincent is the brewery manager and enjoys sharing his passion for lambics, wild ales and sours. Mathieu has 5 years' experience in home brewing and loves roasted and dark beers. Baptiste manages the social networks and has a taste for ultra-hoppy beers.

Not a square centimetre is forgotten: hundreds of bottles are placed in the four corners of this cellar of 50 m ² at the very careful display. Burgundy wines represent three-quarters of wine bottles for sale at the Wine Cellar with almost 75 references. Wines from the Rhône Valley, some Bordeaux wines, wines from the Jura and Alsace have managed to take place in this cellar held by a nice couple of wine merchants always ready to give the right advice to make the right choices. The prices are very variable according to the year of the vintages and their reputation. There are all the scholarships. But Le Cellier Saint-Charles contains not only bottles of wine: whisky, liqueurs and aperitifs are also available. The wine cellar also offers local products, such as terrine and accompagnent wine.

Here you are in one of the temples of the vine: Bordeaux, Côtes du Rhône and of course... Burgundy, from Aligoté and Pinot Noir, at modest prices, to the grand crus of the region. There's something for every taste and every budget. Amateur oenologists will find accessories such as decanters, thermometers and sophisticated corkscrews. The cellar, right next to the boutique, offers a glimpse of barrels and crates of wine. In the delicatessen corner: foie gras, seafood terrines and other refined condiments. The house also sells gift boxes with bottles of wine and terrines.

If the storefront is old, the choice in store is not interesting! The Bonne Cellar is the address where you can find a wine, whiskey, beer or other alcoholic beverages. A selection of quiet and sparkling wines of Burgundy, of course, but not only, Côtes-du-Rhône, Alsace and Bordeaux wines and even some Loire wines, less known. The warm welcome and the very wise advice of the wine cellar will help you find the gift you need! Since 2021, José Gerez has taken over this decades-old cellar, which has seen a number of different owners. In now air-conditioned premises, he references 450 suppliers, with wines from Burgundy of course, but also from the rest of France and around the world. Rums, whiskies and other liqueur delights are also on sale, as are delicatessen products (snails, duck terrines, trout, Morvan mangalica pigs...). These delicacies can be enjoyed while sipping a glass of wine at the bar, open on weekends.
