Located in the far east of Manitoba, this provincial park is a great stop on the way to or from Ontario on the Trans-Canada Highway. Open year-round, it is famous for its meteorite impact crater lake, which is a great place for swimmers and divers. With over 200 lakes, it is also a popular destination for anglers who come to fish for northern pike, bass, walleye, lake trout and rainbow trout. Highlights of the park include the Alfred Hole Goose Preserve, the Hatchery Interpretive Center, the Whiteshell Museum of Natural History and the West Hawk Museum.
