Eric and Emy have taken over the old establishment, located on the village square in the heart of the Côte des Blancs, and treat you to a comforting, family-style cuisine where each dish is lovingly prepared. From the near-perfect farm egg as an introduction to the entrecôte champenoise, which develops in a skilful manner before gently concluding with a delicious fruit tartlet, this is a menu that amply deserves 10/10! And at lunchtime, the canteen offers a dish of the day.

Excellent restaurant dans les Côtes de Blancs ! La région de Champagne n'est pas surpeuplée de restaurants, donc si vous trouvez une table libre, prenez-la. Et quelle bonne décision ! Fantastique cuisine rustique et savoureuse présentée de manière moderne. Un bon service et une carte des vins à tomber par terre. Un nouveau favori !!!

Si vous visitez et si vous êtes en champagne n’hésitez pas à vous restaurer à la Récrée endroit charmant une déco très soignée un personnel très à l’écoute et surtout une cuisine à la hauteur d’un étoilé, une très belle carte de vins … champagne ???? rapport qualité prix top ???? merci à Eric Sontag et Émilie
