Fort Saganne is a set building erected at the top of the Amogjar pass, for the film of the same name directed by Alain Corneau, released in 1984, starring Sophie Marceau, Gérard Depardieu, Philippe Noiret and Catherine Deneuve, among others. Today, although the fort may appear to be in ruins, it remains in a traditional style, and above all on a spectacular site overlooking the pass. What's more, it is currently the subject of a renovation project. But if you'd like to get up close and have a look around, you won't be disappointed!
