It was in 1993 that Ted Manousakis planted the first vines on the slopes of his estate of Lefka Ori. The choice of these mountains overlooking the small village of Vatolakkos is not insignificant. From now on, his daughter is in charge of the 150,000 bottles of Syrah, Grenache, Mourvèdre and Roussanne that are produced each year by this winery that you can visit. From the production process to the tasting, you can also enjoy a restaurant offering wine pairing and summer concerts.

Domaine dynamique
Arrivé à l'improviste, nous avons tout de même été reçus. Belle dégustation, payante certes, avec un plat qui convient aux vins. Echanges intéressants avec le jeune vigneron, qui nous a permis de découvrir l'expression des cépages crétois.
