This most original tour takes you to the Okunoin, the Koyasan cemetery, at night. The tour is done in two groups, one with an English-speaking guide from the Ekoin temple, where the starting point is located. We make our way, among the lanterns, to the mausoleum of Kūkai. The visit is punctuated with anecdotes, stories, life moments and legends. The atmosphere is unique and mystical. The return trip can be made by bus (free of charge).
