This restaurant, which was awarded a Michelin star in 2010, had the good idea to settle in this small 18th century village. The modern and audacious cuisine is one of the most renowned in Scotland, served in a delightful classic setting, next to an open fire and with a 25-page wine list. The culinary experience is guaranteed by local ingredients and sublimated flavours, with high quality meat, fish and vegetarian dishes. Reservation is recommended, as well as a stay in the hotel .

J'aime bien le décor de Peat Inn. Vraiment joli! Ce restaurant à Saint Andrews vaut absolument le déplacement.
