The Borough is sometimes considered a little overpriced, but remains a quality establishment. The elegant bar and Circa restaurant, renowned throughout the city, attract hotel guests and out-of-town visitors alike. The rooms and public areas feature a gray-and-white color scheme that may seem a little cold, but they are modern, well-equipped (TV, fridge, air conditioning) and comfortable. Although the bathrooms are neat and aesthetically pleasing, they suffer from a finish that falls short of expectations for the hotel's standing and price.
