Yaba's little hidden nugget! Tucked away in the tree-lined courtyard of a private home, there's nothing to hide this pancake counter with a few wooden tables! Pancakes are made fresh and fluffy, served with eggs, sausages or vegetables, and of course the traditional syrup, which isn't maple, but a honey-like mix. There's also a vegan version and pancakes with chocolate, ice cream or fruit. Prices defy all competition, reminding us that the islands are an overpriced bubble, disconnected from the country.
