Small charming hotel in a peaceful place with ecological facilities and very reasonable prices

A small and very pleasant hotel set up by Sandra and Sandra (yes yes), for the pleasure of receiving guests from all over the world and to live at another rhythm, by the sea. The installations are ecological and the decoration is well done. Comfortable, clean rooms, with attention to detail. The atmosphere is very warm, your hosts make you feel at home immediately. The breakfasts and meals are delicious and the prices very reasonable. A haven of peace to relax and enjoy a beautiful setting.

No solo quiero calificar mi Hotel y responderle al comentario de la Sra Tali Fuzi Buenas Tardes Señora, Soy Nelly la chica que los atendió hoy en el hotel Casa Sattva, me disgusta mucho leer que no nos podíamos comunicar, cuando muy bien entendieron que debíamos hacer un cambio de habitación y por eso exigieron hablar con el Gerente, su esposo fue el que se comunicó con mi superior y después de tantas exigencias y amenazas querian hacer el check-in.
La verdad por este hotel han pasado muchas personas de diferentes nacionalidades y su experiencia ha sido muy buena, que pena que usted se haya llevado esa imagen.

We booked to stay here for 2 nights and when we arrived they had cancelled the booking after we asked if we could change to only one night. They explained their policy was a minimum of 2 nights stay but once we agreed to stay the 2 nights they decided not to let us stay at their hotel. Because the owner was stubborn about this we were left at 3pm with no accomodation. We don’t speak spanish so we couldn’t even discuss this with the people that worked there and were stuck having to discuss this with the manager over whatsapp. Incredibly unprofessional place. Do not stay here.

Estaba un poco prevenida de viajar con mis padres en temporada alta de enero a Rincon del Mar pero todo salio super bien y el hotel que nos han recomendado fue lo mejor de todos. Las 3 habitaciones con vista al mar, super bien dotado con todos los detalles (porron de agua, ventiladores, closet, caja de seguridad, un buen bano), un desayuno super amplio y cambia todos los dias un poco y un muy buen servicio de Carlos y Nelly. Nada de mosquitos, nada de ruidos molestos, nada de quejar.... todo super

Gracias al equipo del Hotel Casa Sattva por su excelente servicio y atención, de verdad que su hospitalidad nos hizo sentir como en casa. Espero volver con mi familia a visitarlos.
