An authentic pearl of a hotel offering a cuisine with fresh and local products.
Nestled in a wooded setting, this establishment deserves its name: it is an authentic hotel pearl! Its restaurant La Châtaigneraie (Bib Gourmand Michelin) is the stronghold of Master Restaurateur Ernest Bentz who worked with Alain Ducasse. This emeritus chef does marvellous cooking with fresh and local products. Epicurean to the devil, the restaurant's menu is trendy "nature", as is the entire hotel (40 rooms, 5 suites and spa with sauna, hammam) which is equipped with solar panels to meet most of its electricity needs.
