VISHNU TEMPLE

At the top of the hill overlooking the village, stands a small temple dedicated to Vishnu. You can reach it by taking a stone staircase that starts from the village and snakes up the mountain slopes. At the beginning, you pass between old houses and dharamsalas (houses for pilgrims) in ruins. From the top, the view on the Aravalli and the village of Lohargal is striking. Inside the temple, you will find an idol of Vishnu. The priest doesn't speak English and his daughter barely a few words, but they will welcome you with a smile.
