BATEAU ANTONIO DE ULLOA

The Canal de Castilla is over 200 km long and runs through the provinces of Palencia, Burgos and Valladolid. There are several boat trips available in some of these provinces, such as Frómista, Villaumbrales and Melgar de Fernamental. In Medina de Rioseco, you can board the electric boat Antonio de Ulloa for a 7 km round trip on this artificial waterway (about 1 hour). As in Herrera de Pisuerga, it will pass through one of the locks, manoeuvring gently. Beautiful walks!
