Often cited as Hudson's best restaurant when asked about the locals, WM Farmers & Sons is well worth the praise it receives. Nestled in a building dating back to 1830, just opposite the station, the premises have kept their industrial charm, while acquiring a lot of chic. On the kitchen side, the ingredients come, as much as possible, from Hudson Valley farms, so the menu evolves according to the seasons and the products available. The dishes are inventive, the meats are cooked to perfection and the side dishes are tasty. To taste as much as possible, let yourself be tempted by the small dishes to share.
