The cellar elaborates its wines by micro-vinification, in small quantities, in order to concentrate on the final quality. The domain offers fun and sensory visits in a divine setting, facing the vineyards. You will taste the surprising red wine Aestus: made from Mandó, a Valencian grape variety that has fallen into disuse but has been reworked by the winery, this wine combines sensory elegance and taste amplitude.
