This café on the esplanade between the Al Masmak fortress and the Imam Turki Grand Mosque is the perfect place to take a quiet break. You can enjoy the spectacle of children on scooters, women going to the souk, men chatting or the rare tourists taking selfies. Behind the large wooden shutters of the old-fashioned stores is a tiny room where you can choose one of the few tables on the terrace.
