The Rhine brewery claims to be Elsasser bier, an Alsatian beer. 100% pure malt, it is made with local products (from the Haut-Rhin and Bas-Rhin) and brewed on the one hand in Thierenbach (monthly production of 900 litres) and now next to Mulhouse (monthly production of 5,000 litres). You can therefore taste the production as soon as it has matured with the two draught beers offered for tasting.
