Marie-Charlotte's inventive cuisine in a superb restaurant in Kientzheim.
At Côté Vignes, authenticity is cultivated without ostentation, just like the decoration of the place which combines venerable beams and contemporary sobriety. The regularly renewed menu reveals a spicy tuna tataki with peanuts and horseradish, a fillet of sea bream with orange and tarragon, a supreme of guinea fowl with morels... Note that Côté Vigne has a lovely gîte (6 people) in a house of 120m2, it includes 3 bedrooms. This Victor's Nest lives up to its name: it is as cozy as you could wish!

Ristorante trovato per caso, ma davvero ottimo. Abbiamo pranzato con l’opzione “pranzo di lavoro” che permette di assaggiare diversi piatti ad un prezzo davvero vantaggioso (entree, portata principale e dessert a 22€).
Piatti curati e abbinamenti non banali.
Servizio cortese, qualche difficoltà nel parlare inglese, ma la comunicazione è stata comunque efficace.

Toujours très bien reçue, je recommande ce restaurant aussi bien pour la qualité de la cuisine que celle du service.

Excellent repas pour le réveillon de fin d'année, seul regret le positionnement de notre table ( par ailleurs dépourvue de nappe) dans le va et vient du service et des toilettes.

El ambiente es bonito, pero el servicio es prepotente, entre otras cosas, el detalle de sacarme el cubierto usado del plato, dejarlo en la mesa y recoger el que estaba limpio y llevarselo, indicando el error de haber utilizado un cubierto por otro, indica el nivel de la camarera de este restaurante. Yo pago para comer, no para que me den clases de cubiertos. A parte, servian otras mesas que llegaron mas tarde, al final nos levantamos para pagar en la barra y marchar, cansados de esperar. Es la tercera vez que visito Colmar y suerte tienen que la región es preciosa, porque la restauración y los hoteles dejan mucho que desear.
