LOVELAND SKI RESORT
Not to be confused with the town of Loveland, almost two hours drive northeast, near Fort Collins. Loveland Ski Area is a ski resort located in the Arapahoe National Forest. We don't come here to stroll through the streets of the city center and because of it, there are none. Loveland Ski Area's interest is therefore concentrated on the tracks. The higher station of the state, it is usually the first to open and the last to close and, because of its low hotel offer, it offers the most expensive packages of the state. She is named after Loveland Pass, which separates her from his neighbor, Arapahoe Basin station. The station, which varies between 3,292 and 3,966 meters in altitude, has 9 lifts, 94 tracks including 13% reserved for beginners, 41% for intermediaries and 46% for experienced skiers.
