Smardakito's tavern is one of the best and most pleasant on the island, beautifully set under the palm trees in the main square. As the faithful flock to Vespers, take a seat at a small table and indulge in the vice of drinking an aperitif. The master of the house, Markos, speaks perfect French and will tempt you with delicious and truly traditional dishes: fragrant Tinos sausages, beef stifado cooked in a terracotta pot, stuffed aubergines or the tasty vlita.
