Who says mountain says scrambling or fondue for you? You're lucky, there is a French address in Aspen where you can find all your favorite French dishes, Romans' ravioli with duck duck, foie gras to pancakes, and fondue at the fondue. It is revisited according to American tastes and certainly not given, especially for a pancake, but it always delights French papillae with the country's evil.
