For those not lucky enough to have a gym in their hotel or apartment, the Maya gym is probably one of the best on the Amwaj Islands. It offers a vast choice of machines for your cardio exercises (treadmills, bikes...) or strength training. Group classes and private sessions with professional coaches are also available. Yoga, pilates, strength training... You'll be spoilt for choice when it comes to getting back into shape. The facilities are modern and well-maintained.
