A Tex-Mex dinner with typical New Mexican dishes. We suggest you try the 'Stuffed Sopa' with a freshly cooked sopapilla, covered with cheese, chili, beans, onions, and a meat of your choice. A sopapilla is a type of fried dough not found in Texas or elsewhere. The locals come here to have breakfast or lunch while reading the paper. Coffee at will of course! And, in addition, they offer you with your meal some sopapillas out of the oven coated with honey. It is really delicious.
