After 15 years of experience in hotels and restaurants abroad, Chef Rahul Mark Barua has created a menu with the Asian specialties of each country: North Indian specialties, pad thai, Indonesian nasi goreng, Tibetan momos and thentuk, Chinese dishes... Without forgetting to revisit the classics of Assamese cuisine, such as pork curry. The dishes are copious and very well presented. It's a pity that the setting is a bit plain.
