Didactic and entertaining museography with a small museum suggesting an interesting visit on the history of the spa

A successful, didactic and playful museography allows this small museum to go back over the origins of thermalism in the village of Caldes de Montbui. On the upper floors, a permanent collection exhibits paintings and sculptures by Manolo Hugué (1872-1945), representing Catalan Noucentisme (nicknamed "Manolo"), as well as ceramics, lithographs and drawings by the famous Pablo Picasso (who befriended Manolo in the 1930s!). An interesting visit to learn a little more about the history of the spa.

Opening time and information on THERMALIA MUSEUM

In summer, Tuesday to Saturday from 11am to 2pm and from 5pm to 8pm. Sunday and holidays from 11am to 2pm. In winter, Tuesday to Saturday from 10am to 2pm and from 4pm to 7pm. Sunday and holidays from 10am to 2pm. Admission : 3,40 €. Guided tour 2,80 €.
