Stepping into Fonda Cal Quel is like stepping into the home of Teresa, the owner-cook who offers a different casera meal every lunchtime, which she will introduce to you in person. Nothing but traditional, well done, the old-fashioned way: fresh and carefully chosen products, but above all cooked very, very slowly... and at very honest prices!
