El Cairat has been operating since 1984 with the credo of proximity and quality. And indeed, all the dishes offered are made with products from the surrounding farms and crops, just as the wine comes from the many wineries in the area. The result is very good, with classic Catalan dishes to which the chef never fails to add his personal touch. The service is attentive, not to say friendly, and the room is sober. An address frequented by the winegrowers of Falset!
