Really nice experience in this typical place. The owner is really welcoming and can speak a few words in many language. Food is great and everything is local and fresh. Big up to the wine which is good and very cheap.

We ate here 2 nights running. This local restaurant is run by 2 women, friends, who divide the work between them. They offered us a simple menu of 3 courses - only 2 options for each course in March 2024. Local specialities of seasonally available produce. We had - 1st evening mountain salad followed by lemon chicken and then local soft cheese with marmalade.
2nd evening we stuck with the salad sgin but could have had homemade soup, followed by meatballs and pasta or broad beans and bacon. The creme catalonia which was the star dessert was similar to creme caramel but had orange zest!
The welcome and the service are exceptional. Cards are accepted ( if the Internet connection is cooperating) and the price is less than you would pay anywhere for homemade, locally sourced, and lovingly produced dishes - enjoy.
