OASI NATURALE VALLE DELLA CACCIA

This 450-hectare nature reserve is located in the Monti Regional Park Picentini. The visit takes about an hour. The path, which is fairly easy, runs along the Acquabianca stream, among black pines and orchids, until it reaches a 30-metre high waterfall. A second, more demanding route winds through the forest to the Profunnata cave. It is recommended to inquire before the visit because the schedule varies according to the weather.
