NARSAQ MUSEUM

Located on the old port, in the oldest houses in the city, it presents permanent exhibitions on the history of the Viking settlers (migrations, tools, clothing...) as well as exhibitions on local cultural themes such as hunting or kayaking. Staff can also open other houses, some of which contain a geological collection of rare rocks and minerals, presses and engravings from the former Sujumut newspaper that was printed here before, or recent works by local artists.
