NITSANA EDUCATIONAL COMMUNITY

The educational Community of Nitsana was founded in 1986 with the help of the Jewish Agency. It receives school groups year round and includes a teaching centre for Bedouin youth in the region. It states: housing for school groups and students, but also for individuals, classrooms, a small museum of archaeology devoted to the history of the region, a second museum, «the Chamber of Wonders», together with the mixed collections of a former inhabitant of the neighbouring Moshav, a solar-based solar park (being extended) and a biblical park. Organizing tours, hiking and sports activities.
