The aim is to immerse you in a forest with special qualities, the Torrenteres Forest, managed by her family for 26 generations. There, you'll take part in physical activities that allow you to connect physically and spiritually with nature. You'll be accompanied by guide Berthe Vilageliu, a connoisseur of the area and an expert in Shiatsu. This experience lasts one morning, but you can also have lunch on site.
