This refuge is located at 3h30 walk from Cimolais through the valley, contrary to its name which suggests that it is near Pordenone. It is in the heart of the Friulian Dolomites and is part of a network of refuges that are interesting for multi-day treks, including the famous "Anello delle Dolomiti frioulanes". It has a total of 60 beds, rooms of 2, 4, 10 or 20 beds. Even better: a tree house for 4 people with kitchen and bathroom! Marika in the kitchen offers a hearty and generous dish of the day from local recipes.

Situato in un punto strategico per la vicinanza a tantissimi sentieri.. e dopo una bella escursione niente di meglio di un ristoro presso il rifugio, dove i padroni di casa ti riservano cortesia e simpatia! Consigliatissimo

accogliente rifugio alla fine della Val Cimoliana da dove partono diversi itinerari verso le cime circostanti la più nota il Campanile di Val Montanaia sulla quale ci sono stato anch'io, al ritorno mi sono fermato il personale è accogliente e simpatico, cibi genuini della tradizione locale
